As the Chief Housekeeping Officer, you will oversee and manage all housekeeping personnel and janitorial staff to ensure our facilities are kept impeccably clean and organized.
- Supervise, mentor, and support all housekeeping and janitorial staff.
- Establish and exemplify the standards expected from your team.
- Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies while adhering to budget constraints.
- Assist management with essential reporting and documentation.
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Act as the representative for the cleaning team on the Health & Safety Committee.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- At least two years in a senior housekeeping position.
- Prior experience in a senior role within a large facility with over 300 rooms.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with WHMIS regulations.
