Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to manage our kitchen operations at RED CHILLI RESTAURANT INC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, menu planning, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods in a fast-paced environment
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistent quality and safety
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a safe working environment
  • Manage kitchen operations to meet customer demands and achieve business goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a restaurant or food service establishment
  • Degree in culinary arts or related field (not required but preferred)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to train and motivate staff
  • Able to work in a physically demanding environment with frequent standing, bending, and lifting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
