Mander Interiors is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, including managing contracts, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory.
Key Responsibilities- Manage contracts and maintain accurate records
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Provide administrative support to the office team
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- MS Excel and Word skills
- Electronic mail management
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
