We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Hashemee's Group Corporation. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior management team, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and minutes
  • Provide administrative support to senior management team
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
