Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for our team members.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, maintaining office supplies, and performing data entry.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office.

Working Conditions:
