Administrative Services Coordinator: Environmental Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Imperial Fire & Safety INC. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, including implementing new procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement New Procedures: Develop and implement effective administrative procedures to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Delegate Work: Assign tasks and responsibilities to office support staff to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
- Establish Work Priorities: Set clear priorities and deadlines for administrative tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Administer Policies: Implement and administer policies related to access to information and privacy legislation.
- Co-ordinate Office Services: Oversee the planning and coordination of office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Budgeting and Reporting: Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, as well as assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports.
- Data Entry: Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: Experience in administrative roles is an asset
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required
- Certifications: First Aid Certificate
