Customer Success Manager

As a key member of the Operations Team at Trudell Medical International, the Customer Success Manager will lead the Customer Success team to provide exceptional customer service and technical support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, with experience in managing teams and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Success:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Monitor and measure customer trends to proactively address customer needs.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Creatively solve customer problems and escalate issues when necessary.

Technical Support:

  • Design and implement technical support processes and workflows.
  • Provide technical support for connected medical devices and applications.
  • Coach and train Customer Success Associates in technical support.

Leadership:

  • Lead and manage the Customer Success team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with experience in managing teams.
  • Strong background in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot software efficiently and learn new computer software quickly.
