Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
* Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and achieving sales goals
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
