Restaurant Operations Manager

Boujee Restaurant & Bar is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations and Logistics: Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that all customers receive exceptional service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
