Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Boujee Restaurant & Bar. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and front-of-house teams, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain efficient kitchen and front-of-house operations to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards by monitoring and maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role or in a related field.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluent in English as the primary language of communication.
