Enterprise Sales Leader for SaaS Solutions

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to join our team at Axonify, a leading provider of eLearning solutions for frontline workers. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing sales opportunities from qualification to close within large enterprise organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective territory strategies to generate leads and drive sales
- Navigate decision-making processes and build business cases illustrating ROI for clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance pipeline through targeted outbound strategies
- Present and demonstrate the Axonify solution to potential clients, both in-person and virtually
What We Offer:
A competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience and location. Additionally, you can expect a flexible hybrid work environment, allowing you to choose your work location, and access to ongoing training and resources to ensure success in your role.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience selling complex B2B SaaS software to enterprise clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a disruptive market
- Strong understanding of business and strategic pipeline growth and management
- Experience managing activities in Salesforce and creating sales growth plans
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with eLearning products or solutions for frontline audiences
- Technical solution expertise in addition to sales and strategic planning skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders effectively
