Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at HWY 401 Warden Pet Hospital PR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures, and establish and implement policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies, and oversee the preparation of reports.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide support with recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
