The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Coordinator, Client Solutions to join our team. As a key member of our Client Solutions department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and internal stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on daily administrative functions related to client account servicing, including registered and investment products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service and Support: Provide high-quality service to external and internal customers, ensuring that client requests are completed in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Account Management and Servicing: Perform account management and servicing activities for client accounts in both English and French, interpreting and analyzing documentation as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for change and optimization in a collaborative manner, working with internal business partners to continuously improve business processes.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism: Fluency in both English and French is required.
  • Financial Industry Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the financial industry, with a passion for creating and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with teams, peers, and business partners across the company.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: Detail-oriented with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, a passion for self-development and learning.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to problem solve and make decisions considering regulatory environments.
  • Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French.
  • Planning and Organization: Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Education: Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field, with industry-related courses and certifications an asset.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a shift between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime work during the weekday and weekends.
