Client Solutions is a critical department at Mackenzie Investments, responsible for building trust with our clients through exceptional service and support. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality service, ensuring that every client request is handled efficiently and effectively.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Coordinator, Client Solutions to join our team. As a key member of the Client Solutions department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for client account servicing, including account management, documentation analysis, and data processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to external and internal clients, ensuring high-quality service and support.
  • Perform account management and servicing activities for client accounts in both English and French, including interpreting and analyzing documentation.
  • Create effortless experiences for our clients by providing support to internal departments and external clients for all client requests received.
  • Identify opportunities for change and optimization in a collaborative manner, working with internal business partners to continuously improve business processes.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in French and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of financial industry experience, with a passion for creating and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with teams, peers, and business partners.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with detail-oriented decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinker, able to problem solve and make decisions considering regulatory environments.
  • Availability to work a shift between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime work during the weekday and weekends.
