Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Client Services Coordinator to join our team at Scotiabank. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional, courteous, and positive client experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of industry-related information, product offerings, and platforms to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners to resolve complex complaints and issues.
  • Contribute to the maximization of contact centre efficiency by accurately documenting and tracking complaints, identifying knowledge gaps, and providing coaching opportunities.
  • Participate in and support initiatives for Trading & Service and Scotiabank.
Requirements
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing (DFOL) is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and coaching experience are essential.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills are required to meet business and regulatory deadlines.
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving and analytical abilities are necessary.
