About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Auto Retention Specialist to join our growing call center team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As an Auto Retention Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our existing clients, advising them on how to best protect their assets when it comes to auto insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, identifying gaps in their coverage and offering solutions using a diverse selection of insurance products.
  • Develop new business by cross-selling and making referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines.
  • Meet retention goals and contribute to the growth of our call center team.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of transactions and maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and support the development of new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using multiple software applications.
  • Ability to obtain Level 1 general insurance license.
