Auto Retention Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Auto Retention Specialist to join our growing call center team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As an Auto Retention Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our existing clients, advising them on how to best protect their assets when it comes to auto insurance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, identifying gaps in their coverage and offering solutions using a diverse selection of insurance products.
- Develop new business by cross-selling and making referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines.
- Meet retention goals and contribute to the growth of our call center team.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team targets and support continuous learning and development opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of transactions and meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and offer solutions to clients.
- Ability to work towards team and individual targets in a measured environment.
- Positive and upbeat attitude, with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
- Ability to obtain Level 1 general insurance license.
- Proficiency in using multiple computer programs concurrently.
