Auto Retention Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Auto Retention Specialist to join our growing call center team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As an Auto Retention Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our existing clients, advising them on how to best protect their assets when it comes to auto insurance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, identifying gaps in their coverage and offering solutions using a diverse selection of insurance products.
- Develop new business by cross-selling and making referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines.
- Meet retention goals and achieve clear and achievable targets with support from the team.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of transactions and utilizing multiple computer programs concurrently.
- Interpersonal skills, excellent customer service, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with above-average typing speed.
- Ability to work in a team environment, meeting targets and contributing to the success of the team.
- Positive and upbeat attitude, with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
- Willingness to obtain Level 1 general insurance license.
- Ease with technology and ability to use multiple computer programs concurrently.
- Variable compensation structure, including base salary and commission.
