{"h1": "Parts Manager Job Description", "p": "At Le Groupe JLD-Lagu\u00e8, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail trade department, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our parts department, ensuring compliance with our annual business plan and maximizing profitability goals.
Your primary responsibilities will include supervising a team of employees, ensuring they are trained and performing at their best, conducting performance assessments, and hiring high-quality personnel. You will also be responsible for maintaining and developing a high level of external and internal customer service, ensuring a healthy management of our parts inventory, and drafting an annual action plan to increase sales volume for parts and related items.
In addition, you will serve clients with enthusiasm and meet their needs by carrying out various searches, periodically visit clients to maintain good business relationships and stay up-to-date with their issues and needs, and comply with our health and safety standards and policies at all times.
