About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Le Groupe JLD-Laguë. As a key member of our after-sales department, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising a team of technicians, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the after-sales department to maximize profitability goals
  • Supervise and train a team of technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Measure and analyze performance and productivity standards for workshop and road technicians
  • Maintain high-quality after-sales services for internal and external clients
  • Draft an annual business plan to increase sales volume for the service department
  • Provide excellent customer service and meet client needs through various searches
  • Visit clients regularly to maintain good business relationships and stay up-to-date with their needs
  • Ensure all department tools and equipment are available and maintained in good working condition
  • Comply with health and safety standards and policies in the workplace

Requirements:

  • College or university degree or diploma in a field related to mechanics or parts
  • Three years' experience in a supervisory and personnel management position in an after-sales services department
  • Mechanical aptitude and passion for agriculture, business, or the industrial field
  • Bilingual (French and English) for some stores
  • Excellent communication, coaching, planning, and leadership skills
