PrecisionERP Incorporated is a leading provider of ERP solutions. Our team is seeking an experienced Change Management Coordinator to join our project team.

This is a full-time, 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension after the initial year.

The successful candidate will work in Oakville, Ontario, on-site, and be expected to maintain 40 hours of work per week.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to track administration related to the OCM portion of a large SAP project.

The Change Management Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining team plans, stakeholder lists, engagement materials, and other relevant documents.

Please note that this role does not require experience as a Change Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating project-related activities and ensuring timely completion;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports;
  • Developing and implementing effective communication strategies;
  • Providing administrative support to the project team;
  • Maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at around $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have a strong background in project coordination and change management, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Experience working with MS Project and Excel, including using pivot tables;
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint and certification in PROSCI (an asset);
  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
