As a Project Administrator, you will work in a hybrid environment, spending two days per week onsite in Oakville, Ontario. The role requires 40 hours of work per week.

The ideal candidate will possess at least five years of experience as a Change Management Coordinator or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. Creating and utilizing Pivot Tables in Excel is also required.

In addition, certification in the Prosci change management methodology is highly valued. A Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or a related field is necessary for this position.

The salary range for this role is approximately $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer competitive compensation and benefits to ensure our employees excel in their roles.
