About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Quality Projects Coordinator to join our team at Sheridan College. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative coordination of project plans and critical paths, creating and managing complex documentation, and supporting strategic academic communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor project progress and adjust timelines in collaboration with Manager, Academic Quality, SPARK Consultants, and Faculties.
  • Coordinate meetings, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain connections among Faculties, College community, and MCU.
  • Contribute to shaping college processes and policies facilitated by SPARK related to academic quality and curriculum development.
  • Provide overall coordination and administration of program reviews/consent renewals within an academic cycle.
  • Track updates from MCU, CVS, and PEQAB related to programs engaged in quality assurance processes and communicate their implications to Faculties and other college stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 4-year Bachelor's degree in education, business, communication, organizational development, or a related field.
  • 5 years of practical experience working in a deadline-driven, team-based project/production environment, ideally at an educational institution.
  • Experience in program development, approval, implementation, and review in a college environment is preferred.
What We Offer

In exchange for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive hourly rate of $39.50 per hour. This is a hybrid position that requires on-site work at least 3 days a week.
