About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Administration Officer to join our team at Helios Retail Consulting Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Delegate work to office support staff to maintain high productivity levels;
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment with minimal supervision;
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to maintain a smooth workflow;
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of office administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • 1 year of experience in project administration or related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • High level of organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in MS Office software;
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities;
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information;
  • Availability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure takes into account the average cost of living in the area and industry standards.
