Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Insurance car rental is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring the office is tidy and organized.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including greeting them, directing them to the relevant team members, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and preparing materials.

Requirements:

  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
