Job Title: Tile Fitter

Manson Floor Covering Ltd is seeking a skilled Tile Fitter to join our team. As a Tile Fitter, you will be responsible for installing and finishing tile surfaces in commercial and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including measuring, marking, and cleaning.
  • Mix and apply adhesives, cements, and other materials as needed.
  • Install tile surfaces, including cutting and fitting tiles around obstacles.
  • Align and straighten tiles to ensure a professional finish.
  • Supervise and instruct apprentices as needed.
  • Remove and replace damaged or cracked tiles.
  • Estimate costs and materials for tile installations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in tile fitting or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Commercial and residential tile fitting experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
