Tile Setter

Bridgewater Tile Ltd is seeking a skilled Tile Setter to join our team. As a Tile Setter, you will be responsible for preparing, measuring, and marking surfaces to be covered with tile. You will also mix, apply, and spread mortar, cement, mastic, glue, or other adhesives using a hand trowel. Additionally, you will prepare rough plans and sketches, set tiles in place, and apply pressure to affix them to the base. Your attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors will be essential in ensuring a high-quality finish.
Work EnvironmentAs a Tile Setter, you will work in a variety of settings, including industrial, residential, and various locations. You will be exposed to odors, dust, and noise, and will be required to handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Ability to distinguish between colors
- Attention to detail
- Physically demanding
- Handling heavy loads
- Bending, crouching, kneeling
Bridgewater Tile Ltd offers a permanent work term with 40 hours of work per week. We do not require Canadian work experience, and the work language is English.
