Foyer Bois Joli inc. is a dynamic company that seeks to hire an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food and exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of kitchen staff and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Plan menus and estimate food requirements for events and daily meals.
  • Cooking and Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for patients and clients.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and ensure a clean kitchen and work areas.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Head Cook or Executive Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols;
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
