About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to join our dynamic Senior Leadership Team at Holstein Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and targets key audiences.
  2. Brand Management: Enhance and maintain our brand reputation through effective marketing and communication efforts.
  3. Marketing and Communications: Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and traditional methods.
  4. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  1. 5-7+ years of progressive experience in a related marketing role, preferably at a senior management level.
  2. Completion of education or certification in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
  3. Expertise in integrated marketing campaigns, communication, event management, and corporate sponsorship.
  4. Knowledge of the dairy industry or prior experience in a related field is an asset.
  5. Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team of direct reports.
