Server - Food and Beverage Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at Mamacitas Mexican Restaurant and Lounge Ltd. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Education and Training: No formal education is required, and we will provide on-the-job training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
- Work Experience: We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is an asset, but not required.
As a Server at Mamacitas Mexican Restaurant and Lounge Ltd, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment. You will be responsible for clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs, as well as assisting guests with special needs.
Tasks and Responsibilities- Clear and Clean Tables, Trays, and Chairs: You will be responsible for ensuring that all tables, trays, and chairs are clean and tidy, creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
- Assist Guests with Special Needs: You will work closely with our guests to ensure their needs are met, providing exceptional service and creating a memorable dining experience.
- Provide Customer Service: You will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
As a Server at Mamacitas Mexican Restaurant and Lounge Ltd, you will work in a physically demanding environment, requiring you to be on your feet for long periods, bend, crouch, and kneel. You will also work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service.

- Organized: You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring you to be organized, efficient, and able to multitask.
- Work Term: This is a permanent position, offering a stable and secure work environment.
- Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in our restaurant, and you will be required to communicate effectively with our guests and team members.
- Hours: You will work approximately 30 to 35 hours per week, providing a good work-life balance.
