Key Responsibilities- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Present menus and make recommendations to customers, answering questions regarding food and beverages.
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers.
- Food and Beverage Service
- Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
- Table Management
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Wine and Beverage Knowledge
- Describe and advise on wine selection to customers.
- Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
The Server will work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of customers. The ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude is essential.
Requirements- Education
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience
- Will train.
- Personal Qualities
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Client focus and flexibility.
- Initiative and reliability.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
The Server will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment. Overtime may be required.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
Work HoursThe Server will work 30 to 40 hours per week.
