  • Order Taking and Relay: Take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Menu Description: Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Wine Selection: Describe and advise customers on wine selection, ensuring they have a suitable pairing for their meal.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Payment Processing: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Special Needs Assistance: Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their requirements are met.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Work Environment

The Server will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to multitask and work under pressure. The role involves standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn is essential.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week, with overtime required as needed.
