Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Ruth`s VLT. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in various forms.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Work Environment

As a Server at Ruth`s VLT, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet customer demands.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
