About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager - Business Operations to join our team at GREENWOOD ENTERPRISES INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies, and driving growth through exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Cash Management
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to optimize costs and quality.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operational Planning
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize productivity.
Supervision
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people, with the potential to expand to 11-15 people.
Computer and Technology Knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Office to manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
Security and Safety
  • Undergo a criminal record check to ensure a safe working environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Requires attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Personal Suitability
  • Accurate and reliable with excellent oral communication skills.
  • Dependable, efficient, and organized with a strong focus on teamwork.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
Work Environment
  • Work 35 to 40 hours per week in a permanent position.
