About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at GREENWOOD ENTERPRISES INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operational Planning
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-15 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Security and Safety
    • Must undergo a criminal record check to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 35-40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
