About the Role

Olympic Projects Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation and Renovation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of rehabilitation and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of trade subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work meets quality and safety standards.
  • Budget Management: Plan and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and tracking.
  • Human Resources: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers as needed.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Relations: Collaborate with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure that project plans and specifications meet their needs.
  • Health and Safety: Develop and implement health and safety plans to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient project delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
