Job Title: Rehabilitation and Renovation Specialist

Olympic Projects Ltd. is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation and Renovation Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare work schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Select and employ trade subcontractors, coordinating their activities to meet project requirements.
  • Inspect subcontractors' work to guarantee quality and adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Manage budgets, ensuring projects are completed within allocated funds.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with customers, architects, and engineers to discuss plans and specifications.
  • Develop and implement health and safety plans to protect employees and the public.
  • Conduct human resource planning and development to optimize team performance.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours of work per week.
