Job Title: Rehabilitation and Renovation Specialist

Olympic Projects Ltd. is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation and Renovation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and preparing work schedules, selecting and employing trade subcontractors, and inspecting their work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare work schedules to ensure efficient project completion
  • Select and employ trade subcontractors and coordinate their activities
  • Inspect subcontractors' work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications
  • Plan and manage budgets to ensure project stays within budget
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Work with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure plans and specifications are met
  • Develop and implement health and safety plans to ensure a safe working environment
  • Human resource planning and development to ensure the team is equipped to handle projects
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure project success
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
