About the Role

Olympic Projects Ltd. is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation and Renovation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our renovation division, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of renovation projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train staff, as well as coordinate with trade subcontractors and customers.
  • Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications.
  • Budget Management: Plan and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and tracking.
  • Customer Relations: Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
