About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation and Renovation Specialist to join our team at Olympic Projects Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with trade subcontractors and ensure their activities are aligned with project objectives.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Inspect subcontractors' work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications.
  • Human Resources and Training
    • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
    • Provide training and development opportunities to staff.
  • Customer Service and Communication
    • Work with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure project plans and specifications meet their needs.
  • Health and Safety
    • Develop and implement health and safety plans to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
    • Permanent employment.
    • English language proficiency.
    • 40 hours per week.
