Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine Services and Operational Procedures: Plan and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
Personal Suitability:
  • Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
  • Organized: Show strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Experience:
  • 1-2 Years of Experience: Possess 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service.
  • Permanent Position: Work in a permanent position with a regular schedule of 35 hours per week.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
