Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food preparation.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for guests, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Operations: Plan, organize, and direct daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to staff to improve their skills and performance.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
