Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Determine Service Offerings: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure that our restaurant meets the needs of our customers.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Organized: Show a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Work Details: This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
