Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Subway. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Determine Services and Operational Procedures: Plan and implement the type of services to be offered and develop operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and satisfied.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
- Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility in your work approach, being able to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Organized: Show a high level of organization, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and management.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
- Work Hours: Work 35 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our restaurant.
