Store Performance Leader

We are seeking a Store Performance Leader to join our team at Parkway Place.
Company OverviewParkway Place is a dynamic retail environment where we strive to provide an exceptional customer experience. As a Store Performance Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering operational excellence in your store.
SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is $**$65,000**.
Job ResponsibilitiesBusiness Driver: You will analyze KPI reporting, translate numbers into behaviors, and build brand loyalty by ensuring your team provides an omni-channel shopping experience to every customer.
Talent Acquisition and Retention: You will find and retain great talent, consistently making new networking connections to ensure a wide talent pool. You will also prioritize an exceptional onboarding experience that supports company retention goals.
Organizational Skills: You will organize and plan in detail to achieve goals, proficiently analyzing reports and communications to maximize payroll, execute operations, and create a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Leadership and Development: You will place a high priority on training and developing your team to ensure a strong succession plan. You will lead courageously, communicate clearly, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through recognition, coaching, feedback, and utilizing company tools and programs.
Integrity and Compliance: You will follow all Loss Prevention and Safety procedures, holding your team equally accountable. You will build trust among team members and demonstrate consistent improvement in audit and shrink results.
Store Pride: You will lead and train the execution of the Windsor Merchandising Directive, ensuring your store is always clean, neat, and organized, both front and back of house, in compliance with Windsor's Visual Guidelines. You and your team will make smart decisions to adjust and replenish products as needed.
Culture Champion: You will live and promote Windsor values in everything you do, inspiring and motivating your team to deliver their best every day by fostering a culture of respect, care, ownership, and personal commitment.
