About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents;
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents with precision and speed;
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up;
  • Send and receive messages through various channels, maintaining confidentiality when necessary;
  • Provide general information to clients and the public, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly;
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing, ensuring accuracy and organization;
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace;
  • Label files according to retention and disposal schedules, maintaining a secure and compliant records management system;
  • Organize and schedule office work, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet project requirements;
  • Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets, ensuring compliance and effective resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and flexible, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic;
  • Reliable, organized, and efficient, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality;
  • Experience working in a team environment, with the ability to collaborate and contribute to project success.
