The successful candidate will be responsible for driving P&C strategy development and execution, partnering with senior leaders to develop a strong understanding of their objectives and workforce requirements. They will also foster a culture of support, employee retention, well-being, and productivity, ensuring that employees' concerns and those of their families are addressed effectively and promptly.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive P&C strategy development and execution
  • Partner with senior leaders to understand their objectives and workforce requirements
  • Foster a culture of support, employee retention, well-being, and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with governing legislation and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or Finance
  • 15+ years of HR experience, with progressive leadership responsibility
  • Proven experience in HR programs, practices, and governing legislation
  • Specialized training or experience in learning and development, performance management, coaching, facilitation, talent assessment

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
