We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at The Richmond Academy of Dance Ltd.
Job Summary:This is a full-time permanent position that reports directly to the [Position]. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with employees, management, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining accurate records, processing paperwork, and managing databases.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage employee relations, investigate complaints, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and events to enhance employee development and engagement.
- Prepare and distribute regular HR reports, metrics, and analytics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other productivity tools.
