Restaurant Operations Manager

We're seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team, who will support the General Manager in managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the General Manager in daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial reporting.
* Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
* Train, mentor, and supervise staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Monitor and manage restaurant budgets, including labor costs, food costs, and other expenses.
* Implement and maintain health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both staff and guests.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
* Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management, inventory control, and health and safety regulations.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
