Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SHELL. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, order merchandise, and authorize returns.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
